These beautiful necklaces are hand-assembled with fine, round Ethiopian opals that gradually vary in size. The opals’ natural glow and unique play of color catch the light beautifully, giving the necklace a delicate and exclusive look. Their colors shift depending on the light, making each piece truly unique.
The necklaces are crafted with gold-plated 925 sterling silver details and can be adjusted in length. Maximum length: 48 cm.
Important Information About Ethiopian Opals
Ethiopian opals are a living gemstone with a unique play of color. As the stone is naturally porous, it can absorb moisture, skin oils, perfume, lotions, and other liquids from its surroundings. Over time, this may cause the opals to temporarily develop a warmer or more golden tone.
Color changes resulting from moisture, skin oils, cosmetics, and normal wear are a natural characteristic of Ethiopian opals and are not considered a defect. In many cases, the opals will gradually return to their original appearance once they have completely dried out.
To help preserve the opals’ lighter appearance, we recommend removing the necklace before showering, swimming, exercising, and before applying lotions, perfumes, or other cosmetic products.
