Shipping policy

Freight

As it is right now, I send packages to Denmark, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Germany and Norway. There is always free shipping for delivery in the parcel shop for purchases over DKK 599 / 120Euro. The other prices are stated at check out.

Note for Norwegian Customers: Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These costs are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer directly to Norwegian customs.

When your package is sent, you will receive an email with your track and trace code so you can follow the package. I also point out that you as a customer are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. 

Delivery times

Since Libopé is not my full-time occupation, I send orders about 2-3 times a week. Then comes the delivery time within Denmark with GLS which is typically 2-5 business days.
