 Return and right of withdrawal

The normal rules for e-commerce listed below apply. As a customer of www.Libope.com, you always have a 14-day full return policy. If you want to return an item, please let me know by mail or letter no later than 14 days after you have received your order. The money is not returned if you want to exchange more than 14 days after receipt, then ONLY exchanged for another item.

According to the rules of e-commerce, the consumer has the following options:

  • Undo a purchase even if the item has been used
  • An item is used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying out the item in a physical store.
  • If the product has been used, a concrete assessment must be made of what the product as used can be sold for to another consumer. A possible impairment, the consumer must pay for it himself.

When returning the jewelery, the item must be in the same condition as upon receipt, incl. returned in Libope Jewels original jewelry box. If you have designed a costumized piece of jewelery, the right of return is waived. It is a further requirement for the return of the item that it is sent by registered parcel post. When using the right of withdrawal or in the event of a complaint, the buyer bears all costs for shipping. If the item on receipt has been damaged during shipment, please contact me as soon as possible.

How do I return an order?

You must pack your order with the original box and place it in a protective envelope / package.

Right of complaint

On new items, there is a 2-year warranty. This means that you can have a product replaced if it is defective due to a "manufacturing" defect in the product. You can therefore not have a product replaced that is defective due to normal wear and tear, accidents or incorrect use. This does not apply to worn gildings.
