I love the beautiful shapes of these sea snail shells. By making impressions of two original shells, I created this simple yet voluminous ear stud with an organic and sculptural expression.

The ear stud consists of two shells – one larger and one smaller – elegantly placed on top of each other to create a beautiful interplay in the design.

You can choose the ear stud in either gold-plated 925 sterling silver or 925 sterling silver. It measures approximately 3.8 cm at its longest point.

The ear stud has a certain weight to it. If you prefer very lightweight earrings, this may therefore not be the right choice for you.

Please note that the price is for one single ear stud – in the photos, it is worn on the left ear. If you order two pieces, you will receive two identical ear studs and not a mirrored pair, as the design only exists in this version.

“Most of the jewellery I make is limited edition or a one-off, which sometimes means that only one piece is made, and sometimes a few more.

If I find a truly unique pearl or stone, I will make just that one piece of jewellery.

This is because I have a great love for beautiful and unique stones and pearls, and it allows me to design continuously and in smaller quantities, which is what I love most about jewellery making.”
