FANTASY AGATE
FANTASY AGATE is a handmade bracelet featuring natural dendritic agates, each with its own delicate, organic patterns. The tiny branching formations within the stones can almost resemble branches, fine lines or miniature landscapes – and no two stones are ever alike. That is exactly what I love about this type of natural stone.
Between each agate, I have added a small 2 mm faceted smoky quartz and tied a knot using strong silk cord. I use silk cord instead of wire because it is incredibly strong, while the knots between the stones allow them to move freely without unnecessarily rubbing against each other or the cord.
The special knotting technique between each individual stone makes the bracelet more flexible and durable, but it also means that it takes an incredible amount of time to create. Every single stone has to be placed and knotted one by one, entirely by hand.
The result is a simple yet beautifully organic bracelet, where the natural patterns of the stones are allowed to take centre stage. FANTASY AGATE is a piece of jewellery with a truly unique expression, shaped by nature’s own artwork within every single stone.
The clasp and extender chain are made from gold-plated 925 sterling silver. The bracelet is adjustable and measures 18.5–23 cm.

“Most of the jewellery I make is limited edition or a one-off, which sometimes means that only one piece is made, and sometimes a few more.
If I find a truly unique pearl or stone, I will make just that one piece of jewellery.
This is because I have a great love for beautiful and unique stones and pearls, and it allows me to design continuously and in smaller quantities, which is what I love most about jewellery making.”
